One Royal Standard Place

“One Royal Standard Place was constructed in 1982 and is located in the Nottingham City Centre Conservation Area. After the former tenants had vacated the building, an extensive Grade A refurbishment and spacial reconfiguration of the interior offices, including the infill of a central courtyard, was undertaken for clients of BMO REP. An integral part of the refurbishment was the feature glazed extension, creating a new focal entrance, for this prestigious office development. A new cycle hub and shower facilities were also created to encourage sustainable access for both staff and visitors alike.

Simon McIntosh of BMO REP added ‘One Royal Standard Place provided an opportunity to continue our work in Nottingham and enabled us to lift the bar once again forming a high-quality refurbishment. We are very pleased with how the building has been brought back to life, creating an outstanding and flexible working environment which focused primarily on creating a high-end building suitable for a 21st Century occupier with superb building amenities catering for the needs of employees.’”
