Easy Access Self Storage

Easy Access Self Storage sought to radically transform and improve their existing self-storage operation via the formation of a new state of the art storage building that has been carefully designed to serve their existing and future customer base. Located close to Junction 25 of the M60 and completed in spring 2026, the mixed-use scheme includes a new multi-level self-storage building alongside a stand-alone 1,800 sq ft Costa coffee shop with drive through.

The new storage building has cleverly adapted a pre-existing portal framed building via the introduction of two carefully configured extensions with internal heights determined to accommodate a three-storey mezzanine system for up to 60,000 sq ft of storage capacity. In addition, the building includes a new reception area within two-storeys of modern office accommodation, that are seamlessly integrated into the building to provide flexible working spaces that complement the storage operation.

A bold entrance canopy feature has been included that now forms a striking landmark upon approach to Bredbury from the north, with the building predominantly clad in black and anthracite tones, punctuated by gold trims and accents to reflect the company’s distinct corporate identity.
