“Plot 3300 was a development of medium sized and ‘starter’ industrial units, on the successful Matrix Park, located adjacent to Junction 28 of the M6 to the south of the city of Preston. The clients brief was to realise the commercial potential of the plot, by providing flexible industrial units with office facilities, on-plot car parking and servicing.
