“The development consists of a 12 metre high B2/B8 new build warehouse and office facilities with an internal area of 59,000 sq.ft for Builder Depot Ltd. The site is on land formerly used as a waste management site. The south west boundary of the site is adjacent to the main East Coast railway line, and the south east end of the site is above the A406 North Circular Road.
The proposed building consists of 3 units, A, B and C. Units A and C each consist of a single storey warehouse approx 20,322 sq.ft and 28,000 sq.ft respectively, with small office/ amenity block in each. Unit B consists of an area of approx 11,000 sq.ft. The building is clad in distinctive bespoke blue Wards composite cladding panels with Ward profiled metal cladding for the roof.”
