Detailed Planning approval has been granted to Rebrand and subdivide a redundant Chiquitos restaurant unit at Staples Corner Retail Park , Edgeware for Blackrock Investment Managers.
The project provides accommodation for Costa Coffee and two other restaurant /retail units. Building works have commenced on site and are programmed to complete on site at the end of May 2017.
