RGP have prepared designs for a replacement dwelling on the footprint of the existing dwelling at 77 Milespit Hill, Mill Hill, London.

The new dwelling will be an economical and sustainable dwelling taking advantage of natural sunlight with the large areas of glazing to the East and West, creating visual link right through the home.

The amount, scale, appearance and layout, all provide for a high quality-built environment that fully accounts for the prevailing character and appearance of the area and so ensures that the overall scheme does not have an unacceptable harmful impact on the conservation area to the East and the Arrandene Park to the West.
