The original retail park, a development from the 1990s featuring nine retail units, is currently undergoing phased refurbishment and rebranding works orchestrated by Standard Life. The project has seen the successful completion of three key phases aimed at upgrading the appearance of the units with high-quality architectural finishes.

The completed phases include Phase 1 refurbishment of the unit occupied by Halfords, Phase 2 renovation works for the Next retail store and Phase 3 upgrades to the unit formerly occupied by the retailer Comet.

Across these completed phases, the appearance of the retail units has been significantly upgraded through the implementation of a modern design palette. This includes the use of high-quality terracotta wall ties and rounded profiled metal wall cladding, extensive areas of glazing to maximize natural light and visibility and projecting high-level entrance canopies that enhance the architectural profile of the entrances.
