Project Description

Conversion and extension of the former Hahneman Hospital and 58 Hope Street Grade II listed buildings into a boutique hotel. The Hahneman Hospital was built in 1886-7 and designed by architect F & G Holme partially funded by Sir Henry Tate (the Liverpool sugar mogul).

The brief was for approximately 60 rooms and 3 suites at the appropriate sizes, a spa and a destination restaurant. The restaurant was achieved through repositioning the hotel restaurant into 58 Hope Street, where it has its own front door and identity..
