RGP were engaged by Albanwise, a property and farming investment company with sites throughout the UK, to take forward the construction of two new grain stores at their property east of York.

Part of a wider industrial and agricultural facility, immediately adjacent to the former RAF Full Sutton airfield, and the Full Sutton Prison, the existing facilities represented a collection of tired industrial buildings and service areas, used in the sorting and storage of grain from their local farming operations.

With planning permission already in place, work began on site in October 2010 and was completed in May 2011.
