Allerton Golf Club is a grade 2 listed structure and golf club house. The building was once the coaching house to Allerton Manor. It was refurbished by Liverpool City Council as a golf club but due to funding issues had fallen into decay.
RGP designed and Project Managed the refurbishment and extension of the club house in three phases.
The phase 1 incorporated the new office accommodation in the original stable loft, completing in December 2015. Phase 2 works included the Café extension, refurbishment of golfer’s facilities and new pro-shop was completed in November 2016 and phase 3 has just been completed for the first floor function room, bar, toilets access stair and external patio.
