The proposed development is a modern, standalone Starbucks coffee shop strategically located in the busy Luton Retail Park, one mile from Luton’s town centre.
The building has a contemporary appearance with generous glazing and a refined roofline that brings in natural light and reflects Starbucks’ current branding. The layout is a bespoke solution, specifically planned for high-volume drive-thru operations to ensure efficiency and high visibility within the retail park.
The project’s goal is to create an attractive, highly accessible destination tailored to draw in a large number of customers through its efficient design.
