Project Description

The site currently accommodates a terrace of retail warehouses trading on the outskirts of the central business district of the city centre. Access and visibility is good and there is already a hive of development activity taking place in the vicinity.

The proposed multi-level mixed use scheme will provide new retail and leisure opportunities, together with city living above and upper level urban green spaces.

Realisation of the project will be programmed over phased stages to permit gradual transitions of occupancy. Materials being considered include brick, stone, render, metal cladding and fair-face concrete. Landscaping will also play an important part in creating an inviting and natural environment.
