Project Description

The site was formerly mainly a landfill site, but includes a small lake, originally a reservoir for a neighbouring mill.

Our brief was to prepare a structure plan for a range of commercial, industrial and warehouse distribution uses, with particular regard to enabling access to the lake to be opened up to the general public.
