Project Description
The site for the development lies within the Matrix Park commercial area, which is located adjacent to Junction 28 of the M6, to the south of the city of Preston.
The brief was to provide a speculative, modern, 2 storey office development with on-plot car parking. The offices are steel framed with masonry cladding, powder-coated aluminium windows, and a tiled pitched roof. A generous eaves overhang adds to the visual appearance while providing a degree of solar shading to the first floor windows. Externally, generous planting beds and grassed areas combined with hard landscaping to provide a quality, accessible environment.
