The retail park has been rebranded in response to the changing retail climate, ensuring that it meets current retailers’ requirements and provides an attractive environment for shopping and complementary restaurant facilities.

The existing Retail Park formed a focal point at the Tawe bridge roundabout and the new design addresses the deficiencies of the earlier building design and form.

Overall the new design improves linkages to and through the park and the city centre, improves the appearance of the park and extends the life of the buildings, providing a more vibrant facility which benefits the people of Swansea and creates a distinctive landmark at the edge of the city centre.
