Planning permission was granted for 14 dwellings and an ecology zone at Melling Lane, Maghull.

RGP have spent a number of years in negotiations, with Sefton MBC, to enable a small housing development scheme to be approved on a very sensitive green site in the village of Melling near Maghull.

The proposals include 14 new build 3 storey semi-detached dwellings together with a small buisness unit, within the existing station masters house, together with a large ecology zone which will enhance the local environmental status and provide public access and links with local school projects.
