RGP is closely monitoring Government advice and the evolving Coronavirus situation. Our first priority is the wellbeing of our staff, clients and design partners. We would like to reassure our clients that we have the procedures and infrastructure in place to enable us to continue to provide the high-quality service that our clients expect of us.
Our staff have been advised that they can work from home, if they wish to do so, and to avoid any unnecessary travel.
- We have a Business Continuity Plan in place.
- We use LogMeIn to work remotely allowing colleagues to access their CAD workstations as if they were sitting at their desk. No files are transferred to the user’s home.
- Our email is cloud based and can be accessed by colleagues from any device they have access to.
- Our phone system is cloud based, with conference call facilities.
- Our project database is cloud based.
- We use Microsoft Teams as an internal messaging system.
- We will do our best to attend key meetings in person if necessary (unless specifically requested not to by the client or government).
If some of our staff become unwell due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we have sufficient resilience within the company to provide additional support and cover. RGP will continually review this evolving situation, together with the latest Government guidance and will update this webpage accordingly.
