Fresh new elevational treatments such as improved entrance features and prominant signage oportunities can enliven an unremarkable site. Reviewing circulation through and around a site can improve accessibility and can also encourage more people to visit.
Understanding our client's budgets and visions for their property can sometimes make it impracticle to design completely new building layouts, so hand in hand with Asset Management we often need to look at what is already on the site and produce ideas which will work with the existing building fabric but allow the client flexibility and enhancements to tempt the right type of tenants to make the whole site work. It is a challenge but one which RGP are keen to embrace.
