As our workload broadens, we have been engaged on a number of masterplanning schemes. In the same way as mixed-use proposals, the quest to seek a balance between the various land uses is an ultimate goal. Translating theories to visions of architectural and social harmony over an extensive area where the transitions are seamless and the topographical edges fuse with the surrounding land.
The regeneration of brownfield sites that seek to weave into the wider urban fabric is often stimulating and challenging. Orientations, locations, massing, the complexities of social interactions all coincide to provide the architectural framework. The task of analysing site constraints is a necessity in order to deduce the design parameters.
