Through direct targeting of existing clients and new, we have significantly increased this sector of work. As the demand for housing continues to grow nationwide, our portfolio now ranges from traditional houses which express individuality through to contemporary apartments promoting a lifestyle of urban living. We work in both the private and affordable markets.
We do not subscribe to a specific ‘house-style’. Rather, our designs reflect and complement the immediate surroundings with local materials and detailing particular to the area.
Our experience includes Code 4 and 5 sustainable homes and the use of modern methods of construction (MMC) such as offsite prefabricated modular units, volumetric or hybrid timber frame systems and structural insulated panels (SIPS), as well as traditional interventions in established residential areas.
